Patricia manages all company operations and oversees project schedules and budgets. She has more than a dozen years of experience in business management, marketing and data analysis. Since joining SCK in 2002, she has found her special passion in working closely with clients to understand them and their business needs. The daughter of a NASA engineer, she holds a B.A. in Psychology and B.A. in Social Work from Cleveland State University. She has an extensive background in neighborhood and civic affairs, and is a former board member of the Council of Smaller Enterprises, which recognized her as its outstanding volunteer of 2001. In her spare time, she can be found with sawdust in her hair and a tool belt around her waist, rehabbing her rental properties after picking up another home-repair pointer from HGTV.

Currently reading Under the Tuscan Sun by Frances Mayes.
What would you rather be doing?
I love talking to people about their website, website analytics and search engine optimization. When I am not doing this, I am found with a tool belt and plenty of power tools restoring Cleveland homes particularly on the South West side of town.
What is on your to do list?
Go swimming.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go?
I would like to hike the high road to Kathmandu (Nepal).
What was your weirdest job?
I worked with clients found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity for my Social Work externship. They chose me because I had a psychology degree with an emphasis on abnormal psychology and clinical and behavioral studies.
