Patricia Ross – SCKPatricia’s degree in Psychology is a great foundation for her studies and real world training in web analytics and marketing.
Jim D’Orazio – Practical Web StrategiesA search engine strategist for 10+ years, Jim is also a professor teaching eMarketing at Cleveland State University.
